Can any tell me how to read the nutrition values for Karen Kearney's Irish Coffee Chocolate Bar?. I got these as a gift and I'm eating them, but I can't figure out how to read the nutrition value.

Nutrition value -- g/100g (is this portion size?)
Energy -- 2257kj/541 kcal (is this calories per 100g?)
Protein -- 6.4
Carbohydrate -- 57
Fat -- 31.5
