Do any of you add your supplements such as flax seed oil and calcium to your food diary?

    I add anything I use such as protein, vitamins and all sports nutrition products to my diary even if some may not qualify as 'food' because a large part of your supps do have a nutritional value such as EFAs, etc and so it's good to know if you're taking in too much or too little hence my reason fro adding them in when I use them

    yep O take Salmon Oil, Vitamin B, Acai, Green Tea Extract etc and add it all to my food diary

    Yup! I log all my supplements like a multi, fish or flaxseed oil, protein, pre-workout stuff.

    I take Animal Pak. It's not for everyone, as it's 11 pills every day per pack (22 if you take the 2 packs recommended for high performance athletes), and some of them are rather large. There's a LOT of stuff in it, so I won't bother listing it all, but feel free to look it up.
