Cutting to less than 10% Bodyfat

I have been weightlifting for a couple of years and now would like to remove body fat into the single digits. I am currently at about 11% and have been to about 10% about 8 months ago. I went through a clean bulk for awhile (although I will not 'Bulk' again) and gained a few more fat pounds to maybe 14-15. The problem that I seem to have every time is that I do not have difficulty getting to around 10%, but loosing the bodyfat to get into the single digits seems to be infinitely more difficult. I dont know exactly what my goal is because I am just going by what the mirror tells me, but I imagine 7-8% would be about right. Does anyone else who lifts to build muscle have tips, advice, or other comments that might be of assistance to get to my goal. I feel quite certain that if I simply remain in a caloric deficit, I will eventually loose the fat, but I am concerned about loss of muscle while I am cutting calories and want to get VERY slightly above maintenance calories ASAP! I appreciate any help that anyone may have.

Super unhelpful reply, but how do you get your body fat measured? Calipers or do you actually get one of those pods to measure it? I'm looking to get myself measured.
Back to the question, Have you looked into LeanGains at all? He seems to help a lot of people get into lower body fat %'s. I started 3 weeks ago and like it so far. I still have a ways to go though.

I measure using body fat calipers. In most cases, for most people, it will get you reasonably close. I have not looked into LeanGains, but I have heard of it. One thing I do believe at this point (which may be controversial) is that the whole bulk and cut concept really is not a very good strategy for gaining muscle because it involves too much weight gain. There is enough academic research to support that it is entirely possible to eat well and gain muscle with a very minimal fat gain. I intend to experiment with how I respond and attempt to gain without having to go through extreme cycles. I do wish you the best of luck in reaching your goals.

80% diet 20% exercise. Eat more veggies and fruits and run some more. I'm at 8% and it feels great!
    Good luck

To the OP: look up the Chaos and Pain Predator diet. It's all in blog form, and you may need to do some tinkering with it just as the author has since no two bodies are alike, but he lifts year round at about 6-7% BF. Fair warning: the blog is VERY nsfw...lots of nasty words and really hot naked women.

Thanks also fufonzo for that recommendation as well. I would like to reasearch it a little more. So LeanGains is pretty similar to intemittent fasting?
