I Have To Say, Feel Like I'm Eating To Much...

Good Evening,
I have to say, since I got my Fitbit a week ago, I've been following it closely, and I think I'm doing okay...but wow, I really feel like I'm eating to much. I feel full, ALL THE TIME. I am getting about 1350 or so calories per day, plus whatever I "earn" from the Fitbit in exercise (typically 500-700 per day).
I'm not complaining, the results are there.
But it's weird to feel like I'm eating -constantly-.
Sometimes, i almost feel sick, like, I'm eating to much...
Wow, I never knew I could feel that way...

Seeing that you have lost 240 pounds, all I can say is this: it's amazing how easy it is to stop eating once you've gotten your body back into working order, isn't it? All that suffering at the beginning can be good for you. It makes you appreciate how easy it can become later on. Congratulation on so much loss, by the way.0 -
Wow amazing weight loss. 240lbs. Damn you've lost like an equivalent of 2 normal size adult human from your body!0

Hiya David
Congratulations on your remarkable loss thus far. I'm concerned that you feel nauseous and sick sometimes as well as full all of the time - I wonder if this is your body's way of telling you to cut back on the amount you are eating. Perhaps concentrate on eating the 1350 calories per day ONLY and anything you earn thru exercise leave it to burn off the extra weight you still want to lose. Rather than eat 3 large meals, eat between 4 and 6 light meals/snacks and see if that empties you out a bit. I used to feel full a lot by eating pasta, bread, etc, so I watch the quantities I eat now.
Good luck!!!

That's a great accomplishment! I imagine if feels good to know food isn't controlling you anymore and you can actually just feel satisfied!0

That was well-worded!!! Yes, you're right! It's amazing!!! I know I ate a LOT more when I was super-mobidly-obese...and I was always hungry. Now, I eat far less, and am hardly ever hungry.
Gosh, I love my new life!!!0 -
It's amazing, isn't it??? Boggles my mind!!!Wow amazing weight loss. 240lbs. Damn you've lost like an equivalent of 2 normal size adult human from your body!0

I will be sure to keep an eye on that...I'm so close to my goal, only 10lbs more to go...I think I'll just have to eat what feels right, and no more...
Thank-you for your tips, Roh-Ro!!!0 -
I'm having the same issue...my overall is 133 so far and I've gone to protein shakes and peanut butter for quick calories. I think my body is just really confused LOL. My weight loss actually slows down if I eat under 1500 consistently. It wants calories but not food. I think being active has a lot to do with it too. Needing to actually fuel yourself...moving suppresses my appetite too. It's a whole different world out here. Lol.0

1350 is pretty low for an adult male so I'd keep eating your exercise calories back. You may need to reassess your rate of loss now that you're so close to goal. It's not hard to add extra calories with good fats like nuts, oils, avocado, full fat dairy.0

Wow!! Amazing job, and so inspirational!! You look wonderful!!0

You've lost my starting weight! Good job!
And about being full, I am assuming you're eating whole foods. Sometimes I wonder how I'll manage at maintenance when I'll need to eat even more!0 -
Kudos on the amazing weight loss! You must be doing something right!!!!0
