Fat and calories.........

Most days I need more calories (according to MFP), but it seems I get close or go over my fat grams. Does anyone have any tips or foods that would help me solve this issue?

I just peeked through your Food Diary and you tend to go over in fat and calories on days when you eat out at restaurants (Chick-Fil-A and Applebee's, etc). If you go to these places often just search up their menu online and try to choose healthier options BEFORE you get to the restaurant.
You could also try asking for an order of salad or a baked potato instead of getting fries, even a small order of fries carries a lot of fat.0
