Body fortress protein - no scoop!

Recently was advised to try some body fortress vanilla protein powder. Today bought 2 lb container for $15 from Walmart. This is my first time trying it, but it says "1 scoop" or "2 scoops "

I thought it usually came in the stuff, but it's not! I even just poured the whole container out into a sifter, it's not there!

Anyone know about how much a scoop is? It's 37 grams, I'll try to convert it to something , but this is quite annoying. Anyone know , 1/3 cup? 1/4? Offhand

I would just weigh it, the scoops are not very accurate in the first place.

One scoop is basically 1/3 cup. Just tried it to be sure. :-)

I buy the strawberry flavor and a full serving, 26 grams of protein, is 38 grams. But the scoop isn't big enough to get a full serving in it anyway, so I have to do 2-19 gram servings when I weigh it. If you have a food scale then the scoop isn't necessary anyway.

Weird I have never bought that protein. All the ones I have bought come with the scooper.

Do you have a digital food scale?

Sorry I forgot about this topic, but YES I do have a digital food scale, I totally forgot I could just weigh it with that... Thanks everyone!

Glad you got it sorted. Keep up the good work.
  • Sort of off topic but just make sure you check out the ingredients. It may be cheaper but not better for you. Body Fortress contains both Sucralose and Carrageenan which are both cancer causing man made chemicals. In my opinion, I would opt for something all natural like Lindberg Natural Whey Protein. This is what i use
