Other simple things to do at home?

I have a lot of things I have to take care of at home so it doesn't give me a huge amount of time to do things but after I walk on my treadmill and stretch, sit ups etc. Wondering what other people do through out the day as far as exercise goes? (Sometimes I lift weights because I have some in my garage, heh)

If I can't make it to the gym I do Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred video... it takes only 20 minutes but it is works sooooo great! Either that or I come up with a mini circit course and do as many sets as possible in 20 minutes...0

I commute in to work every day so spend twelve hours a day seated. I get up early and do 20-30 minutes workout to a dvd. The at work I force myself to run up and down the stairs as much as time allows. I have three days off per week and make sure to get in a full hour of exercise on those days.0

when i can't go to the gym i go on YouTube.com , search - Sparkpeople. they have fantastic 10 minute workouts. i do 2 or 3 of those when i can't make it to the gym. i have raved about these videos in multiple posts, i think they are great. i run the steps in my house too. i just bought a dvd today, "the firm - the 500 calorie workout," i haven't tried it yet though. but hey, any workout is a good workout as long as it get your heart rate up!!! :happy:0

I try to exercise 6 days a week (but I usually do 7) -- I try to go to the gym but being a employee, mother of 4 and wife sometimes life just gets in the way and I cant get there....
if I go to the gym I do cardio and lift (about 1 1/2 hours total, if I have time) but I also have a 1 hour workout and a 30 minute gym workout - so based on time I adjust.
If I cant get there - I have at home DVD that I do - love love love my Kettlenetics DVD (I bought that one) but I go to the library every few weeks and borrow all kinds - so I mix up the workouts and keep myself from getting bored. I also have a few yoga/pilates DVDs and just recently downloaded some yoga on my ipod - so I can do it with the lights low and no "tv" on just the direction in my ear.
I will usually just pop the DVD's in when I can carve out the time during the day/evening...if worse comes to worse I wind up doing them after the kids go to bed but before I do...(I dont like that but....)
In the summer - when the weather is good I do sprints outside (up and down the driveway) while my kids are playing...I also like tennis and basketball.....
