Studying - Calories Burned

So, I stumbled over this on caloriecount.com

Assuming a body weight of: 150 lbs

I'm not saying I will or would want to add it as cals burnt/(brain)exercise to loose weight. But it did make me realize something. I've always thought studying/using your brain more intense than you normally do would burn more than just watching tv for example. So by having an estimate of what it burns, it can help me keep my snacks down.
I always need something to snack on while studying, but to know the facts written above, does help me get motivated not to snack anymore. It's just not worth it somehow. Hard to explain. Anyway... Now you've got some fun facts :tongue:
