NSV - The scale truely does not paint the entire picture. I was getting a little frustrating that it was just not moving fast enough. I go to a fitness consultant at work once a month. She did my measurements...small victories!! My BF% went down another %. My BMI went down 3 pts, my waist is down 1", my bust is down 1", my thigh is down 2", my arm is up 1/2". I can't tell you how good it feels that busting it is working even if the scale does not show it!! NSV, woot, woot!!!

    That is fantastic - and so much more telling of your hard work! Often we get caught up in the number on the scale, but think about it - you actually changed your BMI 3 points. That is a WIN! Keep up the good work!

    That's fantastic! You are changing your body composition, muscle is denser than fat.
