Question about 30 DS!

So i started doing the DS yesterday. But i have no idea how long i'm am supposed to do each level. Can anyone please tell me? Thank in advance.

    Most people do 10 days of each level. I am about to do day 3 of level 3. Good luck!

    I just read in another post it's only 20 mins/day, is that true ? Is it the one with Jillian ? Can you do it with the volume off? Lol.
