How many calories do jumping jacks burn?

    Depends on your weight as everyone burns calories at a different rate depending on your size and fitness level but a good rule is that VERY vigorous exercise is approx 100 calories for every 10-15 minutes.

    You need to invest in a HRM with a chest strap, I love mine and I got it at wal mart for only 50 bucks.
