Just keeping fit and healthy

Hi,

I'm not looking to lose weight, I just use this site to track my diet and excercise as a way of keeping to my fitness and health goals.

I run my own business coaching boxing and I'm currently studying to be a gym & circuit training instructor.
If anyone would like to exchange some positive encouragement and / or advice that would be cool.
