under chin waddle

does anyone know an exercise to firm up the under chin?

    Take your tongue,try to touch the tip of your nose and hold it for a few seconds. I worked with a older lady that she tried to do this periodically through the day to keep her neck and chin tight. That said, it is part genetics and at 43 I am start to see the first signs of a waddle :-(

    The only one I know of is to tilt your head back so your neck is extended and open and close your mouth so you can feel the pull on the skin/fat there and that should tone the waddle.
