Hi yah again.

I am kinda confused. When I went to my sis house I weighed myself and showed I was 84.8 Kilos.

I went to the doctors yesterday for a check up and they said I was 83 kilos (felt sooooo happy)

I had my new scale arrived today and its telling me I'm 84.4 kilos.

Just dont know which one to believe and its confusing

Use the ones at home day to day to track, then the ones at the docs when you need a boost :)

No need to be confused. That is a minor fluctuation.

Use your home scales. Weigh on those consistently to track your progress. We all fluctuate in our weight, so knowing the true "EXACT" # is an elusive, unnecessary thing.

Different scales tend to give a slightly different measurement. I'd just pick one (preferably the one you have access to), and stick to it. Your weight fluctuates an awful lot throughout the too, so it may be that when you weighed yourself at your sister's, you had more food/waste in your system than when you went to the doctor's. Now you have your own, make sure you always weigh yourself at around the same time - most people like to do it first thing in the morning before they eat and after they use the bathroom.
