Ok so my dad's gonna be throwing a small birthday party for me which is totally rad and all, but that's not why I'm here.
I'm here because he wants to throw a pizza party.
And have ice cream cake afterwards ;__;
And I'm just wondering how much of each would be okay to eat without having to worry? :o

    Just eat a single slice and a small bowl of dessert then go back to your normal diet.

    Eat a little before the party and then just enjoy yourself. It's only one day.

    Happy Birthday (early)
  • just pre-log it and see what it adds up to. try to have light meals for the rest of the day, and maybe some extra exercise

    One day will not make or break your diet goals. I would eat a good breakfast and enjoy the pizza party knowing that your dad is trying to do something nice to celebrate. You don't have to eat 10 slices of pizza and a dinner plate serving of cake. But I wouldn't limit yourself to one skinny slice and a sliver of cake either. Trust yourslef to know what is an appropriate amount and enjoy the party.
