I've never tried this tip, but I remember someone telling me that a baked potato with some lowfat cheese was a good snack for PMS cravings. Maybe the cheesiness will satisfy that grease hunger? LOL - try it and let me know what happens!

Oh that sound great! I will do!! Usually I crave deep fried carbs! Like fries and gravy... ESPECIALLY the gravy!! I could drink it straight at this time hahaha
  • Maybe have a baked potato with a little gravy? :-)
  • Its funny you should mention this, I was watching Rachel Ray today part of her show was about this very topic!!! She had a specialist on who basically said that you crave certain foods because of the hormone spike/change your body goes through.

She did recommend indulging in some calcium (i.e. low-fat cheese, ice cream, yogurt) or Spaghetti, she pointed out that the carbs are what you're brain needs to replenish serotonin levels that are lacking that time of the month.

So maybe try a small serving of whole wheat pasta with homemade spaghetti sauce and some low fat mozzarella cheese? :)
