Calories available according to MFP...

I apologize if this seems a repeat question; I searched and didn't find any answers in previous forums. I understand the difference between TDEE and BMR.
My question is in the calories that MFP has set for me. I've lost 13 pounds and my daily calories intake is still set the same. I log my weight into MFP and my ticker increases. I'm certain my calories granted should change every 5 lbs. or so. Is there another place that I need to log weight so MFP will track the calorie change? Or, should I use Scooby's and manually change it.
Thanks in advance!!
