Is it food related?!

I'm wondering if any of you can help with this........

I eat quite well all week - plenty of fresh veg, chicken and fruit etc, but on the weekend I have a day off..

Today, it was Burger Star and a small box of Jelly Belly beans (man, I LOVE them!)
Last weekend, it was a Chinese meal. Like last weekend, I now feel "weird".
I'm shaky, have a dodgy pain in my stomach, feel a little sick etc....

Could this be food related, in that my body is no longer used to eating "bad" food or could I be being a dumb *kitten* for even thinking this is possible?! I've no idea what else it may be..... besides Diet Coke? (I've had one of those too)
Sorry if this is a stupid question but thanks in advance!

I find I can't eat a lot of greasy stuff anymore or a lot of sugary things. I used to love Big Macs but I tried eating one a few months ago and I only got half of it down and I started to feel like crap. I think your body gets used to what you feed it.
