Hi Everyone - Just signed up with mfp last night and I really like this site. Very cool to see exactly what I am consuming each day and how it is helping/hurting my goal. I actually have already lost 55 pounds as of last Friday. I began my diet in July of 2009. I am actually following a diet plan I devised myself. I prefer protein so I have been following an Atkins based low carb diet, but I do take 1 day a week off and call it my cheat day. It has worked out well so far and I was even successful over the holidays. i have about 80 - 100 left to lose and I think this site will continue to motivate me. I wish everyone good luck on their quest to lose weight!!! It is an unbelievably difficult journey!! :flowerforyou:
