Big Weigh In Tomorrow

'Ello!,

Tomorrow's my 1st big weigh in since I've started using this site regularly, I've been burning about 500-900 calories a day, but been also keeping up with eating most of my calories, I've noticed that my stomach has shrunk a bit, well it looks like it anyways, :)
I was 177.6 lbs when I started this, so let's see how my first WI goes, I'm feeling pretty confident! ^^

  • Thank you! Well, I've been going for lots of walks (with my dog and by myself) I like to go to Tim Hortons and get a chamomile tea ^^ (the walk is 45 min from my house and back) I also have been Mall walking, and going to the gym for about an hour a day, I don't do all of that stuff in one day, but I switch between them so they don't get so boring! hehe, plus my anxiety has been extremely well! Since I've started this I haven't been nervous at all!
