well i have just reached 60 lb lost with 21lb to go before christmas then another 14lb before march. feeling good tonight just jogged 6 miles in just under an hour. all this done since june. massive thanks to MFP the bst weight loss tool i have ever used also hiting the road also helped but MFP is so easy to use.
