I'm down a pound. It sounds like such a small thing to be happy about but I'm so happy to have found myfitnesspal!
Anyway, I'm obviously new on here and would love some friends to "workout" with and to hold me accountable for my fitness, and diet.

I'm a 20 year old mom, and my current goal is to loose 20 lbs. I'm starting the 30 DS on Monday, and currently use the Nike Trainer app for workouts. I ride horses, and live on a farm no where near a gym so everything I do will be done at home!
