New/ Raw Food.

Hello! I'm new to MFP. I've been looking around, trying to make myself comfortable with the community and you all to a great job without even try! I feel so welcomed and I haven't even talked to a soul yet. :tongue: So, here's the thing. I was going to quit nearly everything. Fast food & soda included (this will probably be THE worst, Dr. Pepper is my baby). I'm also going to attempt the Raw Food Diet for two weeks. I've done pretty well today and I'm proud of myself.

So, what I'm asking from you all is a little support! I need some motivation to keep going. :heart: :smooched:

    Don't try everything at once you might get discouraged. Giving up soda and fast food is a big step all by itself. I did that two years ago and now when I have fast food, I'm very picky, or I only have one or two bites. To me this is one of my biggest accomplishments.

    You've got the right frame of mind. You'll do great.
