ok. so I know there has been a lot of people saying to not go by the scale but the measurements instead. So i just had a few questions and some feed back would really help. hows the best way to lose all the unwanted fat.i need to lose weight like mostly in my stomach,hips, and lower back area. lol wow makes me sound like i have a spare tire or a muffin top lol but i count calories do i watch my fat intake more.? help please

You can try eating leaner (chicken, fish) .... In the end, our body disperses weight where it wants to, and it is pretty much the same the other way around. If you want to target certain areas, you can try concentrating on that segment of your body during exercise ( crunches, elliptical and resistance training.
