My wrists measure 5.25" and my personal trainer said that's a very, very small frame. Does anyone else have this and if so is it hard for you to build muscle?

I might be wrong, but I suspect frame size has nothing to do with any of that. That is just like people saying they are not overwight but "big boned"
Building muscle takes time and nutrtion, anyone can do it.0 -
I am 5'6 with a very large frame. My wrist is 9.75 in size. The dr told me its no excuse and to get off the sofa. Thats why I am here. When it comes to building muscle I really have to due strength training. It takes time. But remember the more muscle you build the stronger it also makes your bones.0
