When I came home from work I would use to eat about 6 chocolate bourbourns with a cup of tea (with sugar in it). I now don't eat any biscuits and have tea with no sugar in. In fact I cant even stand tea/coffee with sugar in now!0

I am very proud of the sugar thing. Every now and then I will allow myself a small amount of chocolate, but I don't crave it like I did.0 -

Hi, my name is Silvera and although I am only trying to lose half a stone at 52 I seem to have to work very very hard to do so. I have managed to give up a lot of snacking and taking exercise seems more productive now as I can see what I am achieving. It just seems so very very hard!0
