Back again

Hi all

I have been a member of the site previously for a while, I had some success but took a break because I didn't like obsessively counting calories and was hoping that

I haven't gained any weight, I've lost a little bit but I want to lose a bit more and want to keep myself in check because I find myself sneaking food here and there that I shouldn't and it adds up. I also learnt recently that I am gluten intolerant so want to cut back on grains/wheat and eat more veggies - it'll be a challenge for me because I love grains.

I wouldn't mind new friends - will share diary publically for accountability.
