Post 21km run food

Hi everyone.

I usually take 1400 calories a day at maintenance. I just finished my first half marathon yesterday night (night race) and thanks to my heart rate monitor, I was able to guesstimate how much calories I burned. So I ate back all those burned calories.

My question is, does my calorie intake go back to normal (1400 calories) the following day or do I need to eat a bit more than 1400 post 21km run.

The reason I asked is because this morning, after I woke up, I felt hungry so I ate a bigger breakfast than my usual breakfast but I am still hungry after the breakfast. So I wonder if I should eat more or should I just keep to my daily diet and eat again as per normal day caloric intake.
