It's from a site that tracks FitBit data. If you have a FitBit it will track it for you. It's called StepStats and you can link it to your FitBit account.

If your logging your weight in MFP you can get a graph. Click on reports, select progress, select weight, and then secect how far back you want it to graph from.

Even if you haven't been logging your weight here you can put in entries in the past.
