Surrouned by sweets!

Hello all, I lost 30 pounds a few months ago but then I got super busy and stopped having time to workout and eat right, and now I am in pastry school surrounded by sweets an carbs and everything I shouldn't eat five days a week and I really have no time to exercise. I need help, advice, tips, anything from people who know what it is like to always be around things you should not be eating but want more than anything. I still have a lot of weight I would like to lose, but I need some help. Thanks to everyone an good luck reaching your goals!
