I'm going to Dizz Knee Land

Love that song.

I'm heading to Disneyland with the family later this year and I'm looking for traveling tips regarding food and meals. No kitchenette or fridge in our hotel room. Are there a handful of certain snacks I should focus on keeping around? I'm looking for low sugar, low carb, low calorie choices. Since we'll be mostly eating out, what sort of menu items should I stick to?

I'm excited to travel with husband and kids and I'm hoping I don't ruin it with a crazy weight gain.

Advice and thoughts appreciated!

The 12 million miles you end up walking in a day should pretty much balance any less than stellar food choices. We generally eat at the more sit down type restaurants just so we can relax and rest our feet and they usually have better variety so you might have more luck finding something more healthy than just a burger and fries. As far as snacks I like larabars - the minis are great to toss in your bag. If the hotel has a continental breakfast be sure to grab some extra fruit for the afternoon. Enjoy! I love Disney!
