Hi! I'm Andy.
I'm a single mid-30's guy in the US. I've always struggled with my weight to a degree, but in the spring of last year I had lost about 60 lbs. I yo-yoed it all back. Emotional eating at it's finest! ;)
I'm trying to focus first on getting back to a weight that I feel comfortable being moderately active with then reevaluating whether or not to incorporate weights with cardio. This is my first time ever actually tracking my calories and exercise.

Tomorrows also grocery day and I'm trying to make a grocery list. Anyone have suggestions or advice on how to calculate the calories in food I prepare?
