Do you mean which vegetarian food or which vegetables?
Most vegetables are fairly low calorie, I find Corn to be one of the higher ones.
For vegetarian I would say nuts, rice, breads, noodles, avocados for a start.
stir fried tofu and vegetables are about 200 cals add basmati rice for another 200 cals
fried rice is more again.
garlic nann is 330 cals
Masala Dosa With Coconut Chutney 498 cals
Hope I have been of help0 -
