    Wow! Impressive. I haven't lost as much but have to buy new clothes because the ones I have fall down when I put my arms in the air! Yep, in public the first time. It's such a buzz - I've lost 2 dress sizes and reaaaaly motivated to keep going.
    Zumba is great but I'm swimming as well, easier on the joints

    Yes, my knees ached for the first little bit until some of the weight came off. That's AWESOME about clothes falling off ;) And 2 dress sizes is a BIG deal- congrats!!
