Hello everyone,
I am 145, 5'10 male, and am trying to establish what it is right out there. My doctor is asking me to make sure I eat enough, but I don't really count calories; I am going to try to do it today, though, and she recommended 3500-4000 based on my exercise level.
I usually do 80-90 mins of intense spinning and walk 4-5 miles later in the evening with my brother. I added the aforementioned exercises to my log and got a daily burn of around 3500- is this accurate? Do I really need that much?
Thanks!!
