Can you believe how much we ate!!!

Now that I'm tracking my food and feeling truly accountable, I can't imagine how much I was eating before! I only have about 10 pounds to lose, but couldn't understand why I kept gaining and not losing. Well, just because I exercised and ate "healthy" it was obviously the QUANTITY of food consumed. duh!!

Anyone else have this realization?

    I can't believe how I would eat so much one day and hardly a thing the next, it's mind boggling. I feel so much more in control now.

    Yep...I just had no idea about the amount of calories that are in things....

    this site just takes away the uncertainty and makes me aware of what I'm consuming...

    should get the beach bod ready for summer!

  • It's so true! When I feel overly full and bloated from eating too much, it makes me feel terrible, but when I track everything and pay attention to my portion sizes, I feel much better and know I'm on the right track!

    It's true, I also need less sleep. I guess the food doesn't "sedate" me with less!
