30 Day Shred and Press up Question

Hi

I am doing the 30 day shred but I have a problem. I can't do the press ups (even the lighter option ones) without my wrists hurting sooooooooo much and I have to stop before they collapse on me.

Am I doing something wrong or does anyone know of something similar I could do instead to stop the pressure on my wrists.

    Jayne, I sure hope someone has an answer because I run into the same problem. I've also had major pain during the "T" in pilates.....
