snack on crackers

i hear all the ime that if i want to snack i should eat celery as you burn more calories than you eat. although like some others i'm not a fan of celery so i've started snakcing on table water crackers.
i can keep a box in my draws at work and have a cracker or two when i feel peckish. only 14 calories per cracker.
just thought i'd share

    Mmm I love water crackers, trouble is I love them with pickle and cheddar so I think I'd better stick to the carrot sticks! :laugh:

    The celery thing isn't really true, so it's okay if you don't like them :) If you're ever looking for a change-up, Kashi's 7 grain crackers are awesome, and rice crackers are yummy too! Some cereals like Cracklin Oat Bran are pretty good as snacks, too :)
