Idea for low fat high calorie lunch/dinner?

Hey, I need to eat more calories and honestly i can't think of anything has high calories and low fat for my 1200 calorie goal.
Any ideas?

Grilled chicken breast (no skin)
Brown rice/baked sweet potatoes
Tons of veggies (greens)0 -
brown bread clubbed with some veggies or low-fat cheese0

Hummus and almonds are good ones. Although the fat in almonds are good fats, so enjoy.
Hummus is surprisingly high in calories but way good for you. If you eat several tablespoons in a Ole Spinach and Herb Extreme welness wrap (74 calories) with a hand full of spinach and a few slices of cucumber you will get a good amount of calories a meal that is good for you and YUM!
I also eat a string cheese, an apple and a handfull of almonds most days as my afternoon snack. By adding the snack, I boosted my metabolism. I was still losing weight when I raised my calories to 1600 a day, so adding a few more calories will not hurt you.0 -
Pasta and marinara sauce, lean meats, fish, sweet potatoes, juice, fruit, starchy veggies like corn, and low fat dairy. Seriously at 1200 cals that is pretty much self limiting a to fat intake. Just keep it balanced and healthful and you will be fine.0

Carbohydrates (potatoes, bread, rice). Be careful with the calorie counting though, it's easy to miss things - e.g. I only worked out this morning that I needed to record the milk I put on my cereal as well as my cereal. If you cooked something in oil and added a sauce, you need to record the oil and the sauce. Also, it is a good idea to weigh/measure portions as it is easy to uhderestimate how much you have had.0
