How am I doing?

I started September 5th at 148 (best estimate). As of today I am at 136.6 with a goal of 130 by the end of November. I plan to see how I feel at 130 and possibly setting another goal for 125 by New Year's Day. So far I have lost an inch from my waist and an inch from my hips.
Anyway lately my loss has slowed down a lot and it's hard to take an honest look at how I have been eating and exercising -- I can't really remember what the beginning was like!
Could anyone take a look at my diary and give me their opinion about my calorie and macro balances? Keep in mind that I am vegan and a college student. For exercise I walk, run intervals, do the occasional Vinyasa class, and do various Jillian Michaels videos. Do I need to eat different calories/foods/macro balances or exercise differently now to adjust to my new weight?
