Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No but close

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Elliptical for 45 minutes

What would I have done differently? Not eat my exercise calories and then some...

What is today's personal goals? Go for a walk and not eat all my exercise calories

exercise weekly progress - 3/7 days of exercise (goal 5 out 7 days)

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No, I should have run 10 more minutes.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Bodypump in the morning and treadmill for lunch

    What would I have done differently? Not eat so many dang mash potatoesssssssss

    What is today's personal goals? Do Bodycombat for lunch... OMG HARD!!!!!!

    Exercise weekly progress - 7/5 days of exercise (goal 10 exercise sessions within 5 days. Going to the gym 2 times a day for 5 days. I'm trying to do it every third week in a month)

    Got to the gym

    Got in my group fitness class and running, all with massive cramps.

    What would I have done differently?
    Stayed away from the sugar.

    What is today's personal goals?
    Stay away from sugar, stay within calories (no time to exercise).

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Did my 40 minutes Turbo Jam dvd and 20 hard minutes on my bike.

    What would I have done differently? Not have eaten so many of my exercise calories.

    What is today's personal goals? Get my workout done, clean the house, stay in calorie goal.
