I need help , I am trying to put one some weight, I workout two days a week I am 5'7 147lbs male, my idea weight should be around 162lbs my diet is brown rice sweet potatoes organic oatmeal chicken salmon steak eggs sprout bread greek yogurt protein bars whey protein powder 2% milk water

DUDE....I looked at your diet...are you vegetarian? If you aren't a vegetarian, some steak or some chicken on a daily basis would really help. Supplements aren't a replacement for real food.0

If you are a veggie why not try something like whey protein powder? It's veggie friendly and has a lot of protein in, to help add that weight, you can add it to food or just have it on it's own.
Try focusing on weight training rather then cardio as well during your work out- where as cardio is burning the calories weight training (plus the whey protein) can help to start to build weight and muscle in a good healthy way.

Your diary looks pretty good for the past few weeks, healthy foods, except there is little variety, NO fruit, and little to no green vegetables to balance your diet. If you want to add muscle, look into lifting weights and eating at a surplus of calories. Read up on Starting Strengths or Strong Lifts 5x5 for more information.0
