It's only impressive if you do this every day.0

after today i will push myself,
I have realised if i start in the morning with a workout then i feel more energetic
so am going to keep that in mind for tomorrow0 -
I disagree with jules, , , it IS impressive. It's good to go out on a limb and test your limits. Sounds like you're ready for a half marathon sometime soon.0

After just posting my topic, you posted yours...I thought 30 mins was enough for a day and was curious if I was doing to little....But after reading your thread am sure am not doing enough....0

Hun,
I dont think your not doing enough, its all about what your doing and also about eating.
I generally want to lose weight quickly thats why I am pushing myself and also I am seeing just how much I can handle.
As I see it start off doing 30 minutes here and there and then increase it each day by 2 or 3 minutes. This way you are gradually doing more and more. This is how I started off but my mistake was I was taking breaks and when I was taking it lightly I actually lost alot
So in all only you know how much you want to push yourself or take it steady
Good luck hun and I wish you the best in this journey0
