hello everyone,
has anyone else noticed this:
I usually eat my calories or a few less and i do not eat the calories i gain from working out, but at the end of the last 4 days ive been on mfp, the estimated weight at the end of 5 weeks is always different!!! and by different i mean it seems to be increasing.
this does not make me happy, as i feel i should weigh lesser as the days go by especially since i am not exceeding my calorie allowance. even if i eat a banana the weight in 5 weeks increases. Am i over obsessing or is anyone else experiencing this.
thanks

That 5 week forecast works for that day. So if the next 5 weeks are exactly like it, you could expect to weigh x pounds. It's just an idea of how you did THAT day, not the last weeks. It doesn't mean much of anything, in my opinion. I go with my weekly weigh ins, and my waist measurement. Good luck with your goals, you can do it!0
