Easy to pack snacks

Options
HI there,

I am just starting to get serious about loosing weight, eating healthier and exercising more. I am having some trouble with snacks though. If I don't have a snack and can't get to a meal (today I was at a first aid course over my normal dinner time) I get so hungry that I wolf down twice what I would normally eat!

I need some help/ ideas for easy to pack/ grab snack ideas. I love bananas but find that they get bruised in my bag, and there is nothing worse than having to rummage for a container when I am in a hurry! Ideas?

Due to how my workday is, I need to snack when I can, there's no chance to sit down and have a proper meal.

I pack string cheese, wheat thins, carrots, a banana or apple, rice crackers (with laughing cow cheese wedges) nuts, etc.
All of them pre-packaged the night before in single serving sizes.
My food diary is open (I think) and you can look at what's listed for my lunch or under snacks as those are the things I eat while at work when there is no chance for a real meal.

Almonds, dried fruit or veggies. If you have refrigeration, greek yogurt.
