Hi all,
I really need to do something in my slow cooker tomorrow as I am out and about all (and I mean from 6:30 am t0 5:00 pm) I have a rather large chicken that I would like to do in it...but it is large..think small turkey. I have a large crockpot...any suggestions?
Tanks

Throw on some spices you like (poultry seasoning works great), toss it in and hit on
No need to add fluid. You can throw in some veggies on the bottom if you like. The chicken turns out beautifully when cooked this way...0 -

If it is a whole chicken, I have placed the chicken in the crock pot on low placed lemon and orange slices in the cavity, spices on the skin and let it cook till it was done.
Now if you have boneless skinless chicken breast, take four of those, with one can of reduced fat cream of mushroom soup, one cup fat free sour cream, one cup salsa, and one packet taco seasonings, let it cook till it's done and serve over noodles of your choice.0
