How to Log JM's Extreme Shred and Shed Workout?

Hey Fellow MFP Friends,
I have started the JM Extreme Shred and Shed Workout DVD but was curious as to what I would log it as, especially with the different levels. Any suggestions? Thanks

I got a heart rate monitor. Gives you a pretty accurate calorie count.0

I goggled the calorie count and found a site and it said the full hour burns 682 calories . You can create a new exercise spot with that amount in the exercise section. When I do the 30 min I half the calories and made a new section. I love the workout I'm so sore today in all the right spots0
