The Final Push - please help me :)

Hi fellow MFPers. OK so I have this psychological... thing going on. Once my weight gets to exactly 75kg, I feel fairly content with my fitness level, and all my daily grit, drive and determination kind of seeps away. Oh I still want to hit 70kg but somehow on that daily basis where I can make good or bad decisions, I begin making bad decisions.

Please friend me and help keep me motivated as I embark on the big push from 75kg down to 70kg!

    But if you're happy at 75kg- why push yourself to reach 70kg?

    I thought of few things that might help..?
    Once you hit about 76kgs or so don't weigh yourself for about a month or two and keep going with your fitness regime. Maybe that will get you to see past the 75kg mark? Maybe it is just seeing the number 75 that somehow makes you lose the drive.
    I am not sure I am no expert :-/

    Also think if you are fairly content with yourself at 75 how awesome you will feel when you do hit the 70 goal! :)

    I'm in the same boat. I should be motivated by the fact that I'm still 5 lbs. above my lowest weight, but I'm not because I still look much better than I did at the my highest weight.
