Best options @ Fridays

Morning all - we are going out for dinner tonight @ TGIFridays & they do not provide any nutritional info on their site... anyone have any low cal, low fat suggestions? BTW - I find it irritating when restaurants do not provide this info. We're only going there because we have a gift card to use.

Ha! I ate there last night! And on their "Right Portion, Right Price" menu they have a meal called DragonFire Chicken. Its 550 calories and super delicious and plenty of food. It have chicken, brocolli, rice but its got a great spicy/fruity sauce. I really really like it. MFP has the info on it too.0

Wish I would have known that yesterday although I did get the black bean burger. It was very tasty!0
