Dear Life..

Dear Self,

Please stop stressing me out and making me feel like I don't have time to be healthy. This is ridiculous. I want to be healthy, but with all the working and classes and mothering of two children (one turns 3 in December, the other turns 32 in February), you're just really bringing me down. Well, now that I have a better work schedule I guess it's better, and it's nice that I live within two miles of work so I can walk.. But I really don't like waking up an extra half hour early to walk in the 40 degree weather.. Could you remind me to get a scarf or something please? Also, make time for yourself--you deserve it and you know it, so JUST. DO. IT. Follow Nike's advice for this little bit..
Anyway, it'd also be way more than awesome to have a friend to maybe keep up the motivation? You should get me one, I would really appreciate it. Maybe someone who lives in the South Durham, NC area and is willing/able to accommodate someone who doesn't drive and doesn't have an extreme amount of downtime. Maybe someone who likes to eat food made by their friend's awesome cook of a husband while we watch comedies or horror movies. Or maybe they'd like walking down the neighborhood paths (which go on for miles, but OHMYGODTHEHILLSCANBEHELL!!) and chatting about random stuff.
Anyway, there are people looking at our message, so we should probably cut this short.. This was nice, we should do it again soon! I miss you.

Love,

Allie

P.S. Should this message have gone to Brain? Please forward to the right department if you're able.
